Fabiana is a freelance writer, editor and producer based in New York City. She is a graduate of the French Culinary Institutes Culinary Technique program, as well as a traditional college her parents approved of, and has eaten in some of the best restaurants and kitchens in the world from Paris to Park Slope. She spent most of her childhood in Southern Italy and has the appetite and recipes to prove it.
Fabiana has worked as a writer and recipe tester for Family Circle, Profile Magazine, Sheckys, Julib.com, Time Out NY and many others. She is the executive editor for Hearst's celebrity website Actressarchives.com and owns and operates 4 original content websites (agirlwhoeats.com, theprettypages.com, braisedinbrooklyn.com and lacucinapugliese.com).
Fabiana also wrote and edited the Spring/Summer 2008 issue of BLT Living, Chef Laurent Tourondels Lifestyle and Food magazine and is the author of the Dining Section for Shecky's 2008 book Best of New York. She contributed to the 2008 Shecky's New York Bar Guide as well as the Time Out NY Dining Guide 2008.
Fabiana is also an accomplished still and video producer. She has produce original video and print projects for Vanity Fair, CN Portfolio, Maxim, Stuff, Mens Health, Star, TV Guide, MODELINIA Fashion Week TV, MODELINIA Video and many more clients during her career.
