How Our Program Works...
Exquisite cares for and maintains properties that are vacant and on the market. Our main goal is maintain the safety and security of each neighborhood. EHT provides a service that not only keeps neighborhoods safe but allows families to remain in the neighborhoods that their children have grown to love. Due to the present economy so many families have fallen victim to the massive mortgage crises, EHT is committed to helping in any way we can!
EHT signs a contract with the homeowner then places a well qualified Home Tender in the home following a very extensive screening process. The furniture of the Home Tender is used to professionally stage the home. Each Home Tender is contractually obligated to keep the home in showi8ng condition at all times. EHT performs home checks, unannounced, weekly to ensure compliance and cleanliness. Home Tenders are also required to carry a supplemental insurance policy which eliminates the risk or a possible law suit harming the true owner of the property.
EHTs Home Tenders are required to pay all utilities, pest control, snow removal, and landscaping costs while they occupy the home. Home Tenders are not allowed to discuss the property in any way or, if possible, be present during showings or open houses.
Home Tenders are ready and willing to move whenever the home is under contract and ready to close.

Exquisite Home Tending will monitor your home and ensure it's cosmetic as well as general care while our hometenders occupy the property. EHT's hometenders will absorb all minor repairs, landscaping, snow removal,pest control, and pool maintainence.
