My name is Lisa Bethan and I am not very good about writing on one's self, so I would rather highlight my current projects and upcoming events!
I am an avid horror movie fan , thus giving my art a final red spalsh of creative fun in my work. Always seeking adventure, I discovered an ecccentric performer way out in Boonie Land with a fantastic story to tell. I was so intrigued by this , that I decided to have her guide me through the process of retelling it in book form. The first book about these characters came out last year and already the second book is almost finished. You can read more about its content on the Book Info tab on left. Her name is Malady and you can meet her at my shows since I prefer to have her represent the pieces in colorful fashion. I am simply the illustrater for this neat world filled with creepy imagery!
The collection of work you see on this site is from the Ka-lown Ka-ffins Library. Yea, that sounds pretty cool, huh? I thought so too since I just made it up!
I will write more later and expand on other things later than that. I prefer not to be preachy with the why I do this or give a defensive knod to excuses. I enjoy what I do and hope you enjopy it too! Whoo Hoo, I am also a poet, wow!
