Payment & Ordering
We are working towards providing more payment options in the near future. For now, all payments are to be made through interbank transfer only.
In short, the ordering process will be as follows:
STEP 1
Place order through the form on this website.
STEP 2
Wait for acknowledgment email containing payment instructions.
STEP 3
Reply to the email once payment is made (within 3 days from order).
STEP 4
Sit back and wait for invoice and delivery updates!
Our items are pre-ordered to keep our prices as affordable as possible.
Shipping will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks, depending on stock availability & arrival of the shipment.
Shipping Charges
Local Shipping
OPTION 1
Normal Mail (delivered to your postbox) - $1.00 per item
As tracking of item is not possible for normal mail, we will not be responsible for any loss/damage of parcels once posted out.
OPTION 2
Registered Mail (delivered to your doorstep) - $2.20 per item
Charges waived for orders amounting to $50 and above. A tracking number will be provided to check on delivery status if required.
International Shipping
Currently available to Malaysia/Brunei only.
Charges will be calculated based on weight of final parcel.
For other locations, we apologise that we will only be able to take international orders once more payment options have been set up.
Return Policy
Only irreversibly defective merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Item should be unused/unworn with original tags intact when returned. Buyers will have to bear the postage cost.
Once we have confirmed that the defective item cannot be mended, we will exchange it with a non-defective item for you. Should the item be no longer available, we will offer credit in the amount of the item for future purchases.
Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
