TITLE: Raptured STATUS: 1st Rough Draft Completed SYNOPSIS: Terrence has fallen for his co-worker, Nicole. However, she left the ad agency after he persisted in trying to win her to Christ. A month later, Nicole gives him a surprise visit and they put in an all-night session of working on Terrence's ad campaigns, Afterwards, Nicole confesses her feelings for him. Terrence is shocked. But at the their moment of embrace, Terrence disappears. Cries ring out in New York City. The Rapture has come. Terrance, now an immortal in Heaven, longs to be with Nicole. Now on a new mission. Terrence struggles between obeying God and attempting to go back to Earth to protect the love of his life from the horrors of the Tribulation Period. Read the Excerpt here. I express how I feel through my poetry as I live my life as a Christian. Since 2001, I've written down thoughts and emotions as I walk with God. The writing emphasizes my relationship with Him and how I deal with the ups and downs of life. I hope readers will be able to relate to my poems, remember what was going on in their own lives on the dates listed, and find hope in the One true God. Many people look for evidence of God's existence. My life experiences in this relationship have taught me much of what I needed to know, giving me all the evidence I'm looking for.

BIOGRAPHY

Eric Jackson was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He graduated from Boyd H. Anderson High School in 1996.

After moving to Southern California in January 2009, he continued his studies in Digital Photography for 18 months at The Art Institute of California - Orange County. He graduated in June of 2011 with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design.

September 2011, he began studying Screenwriting at Azusa Pacific University. The Student Film, "No Fear" written by him, received the 1st Place, Best Actor, and Best Actress awards at APU's 48-Hour Film Festival.

Currently, he is on the East Coast working on screenplays for personal projects while striving to become a professional photographer and graphic designer.
