Payment - I accept Payment Via PayPal.
Shipping - Already made items will ship with-in 3-4 days of receiving payment, usually the next day. For custom orders I require 15-30 days depending on the item ordered and availability of fabric. I will always keep you updated on the status of a custom ordered item.
I ship using USPS First Class for lighter/smaller items and Priority Mail for larger items. These include Delivery Confirmation sent to your e-mail.
If you would like me to add insurance to an item please drop me an e-mail. This option will be paid by the Buyer.
***Attention International Customers*** As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. We are not familiar with the different methods your particular country uses to assess Customs fees and taxes. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges. Furthermore, it is not lawful to mark your purchase as a gift.
Refunds & Exchanges - Items that have been broken or damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving. All other items may be returned, in good condition, with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving, for store credit (minus original shipping charges). The shipping cost for a return is the customer's responsibility. Please email me first and upon approval, return merchandise with a note explaining the reason for your return, and whether you'd like a replacement (same item only) or store credit.

Copyright - The Enchanted Square patterns are protected by copy right laws. Items made from The Enchanted Square patterns may be sold with the following conditions:
1. Credit The Enchanted Square for the pattern design in all written item descriptions. For example, when selling online please include the following sentence in your item description: "This item was made using a The Enchanted Square pattern," or when selling in-person, have a tag that says "made under license from The Enchanted Square."
2. All items for sale must be handmade by you. Contracting with others to mass produce the design requires a commercial licensing agreement. Contact me if you need a commercial licensing agreement for any of my products.
3. Distribution of the pattern and corresponding instructions is expressly prohibited. This is against the law and is not respecting my creativity and hard work.
4. Use of a The Enchanted Square pattern to derive a similar pattern for sale is expressly prohibited.

Typographical Errors - In the event that a The Enchanted Square product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Enchanted Square reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Enchanted Square reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Enchanted Square shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Enchanted Square without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notice - The Enchanted Square may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to The Enchanted Square.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and to block future access to customers who mis-use this site or for any other reason.
