Since its inception in 1992, Advanz Social Services, Inc. has been providing medical social services to the home health industry. We lead the way in Home Health Medical Social Work; Senior Social Services; Maternal Counseling; Family Counseling Services and Hospice Social Services. We provide MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES to the greater Southern California including Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, San Bernardino and Riverside County. All our Medical Social Workers are trained to conduct in-depth psychosocial evaluations, crisis intervention, placement in assisted living facilities as well as provide advocacy for our patients. We have a great staff to assist you with credentials and background information on all our social workers and even provide In-Service Training related to the field of medical social work.
