Sometimes, things are waiting to be manufactured but there is a problem. It may have slipped through the usual process, eg Raw Materials, and your current lab is busy. We do express testing to reduce delays.Contact us now.
If you already have a lab, have FDAS as your backup. Make comparisons, and you may be surprised on how good a service we provide.
Case Study 1
This Client is a manufacturer of biologicals. They have high standards and have an internal QC laboratory. FDAS is their support QC lab. Raw materials are frequently delivered out of time frames for manufacturing lines for their clients.
To ensure that these time frames are met, they use the FDAS ' express ' service to ensure that analysis is done quickly so that the Raw Materials are released on time, and products delivered to their clients.
Case Study 2
A new Contract Manufacturer (CMO) was having regulatory issues with their own QC laboratory and newly qualified QP. As the client told us what was happening, we ensured that methods, analysis and correct testing was undertaken to assist them. This ensured that the regulators were happy and the manufacturers' clients got their products out to market speedily. Using FDAS as their QC lab has saved them money and won business for the CMO.
Case Study 3
An overseas client reviewed its external QC laboratory, and asked FDAS to present its services to its board. After discussing all the generic products that needed to be tested, an offer was made to test ALL products and Raw Materials on a sliding scale. This ensured that more testing done resulted in an increase in discounts to the client. This was approved, and FDAS provides a Quality Service with Value for Money. Any scheduling in advance resulted in a quicker turnaround at no additional cost.

Bleaching agents, usually made from cornstarch, are added to flour, to shorten the time needed for whitening. Substituting cheaper & heavier lime for cornstarch cuts the cost of producing the bleaching agent, which is sold by weight. Consumption of pulverised lime can lead to gradual damage to the lungs & eventually the entire respiratory system.
