Warranty Policy
All products are shipped within 48 hours of activation and proof of payment via UPS, FEDEX, or US postal service, please allow 5-10 days for delivery.
All products are warrantied for 3 months from date of order Customers may extend product warranty to 12 months by paying and additional $20.00/
All warranty problems should be faxed , emailed, or phoned to our office within 7 days of equipment failure.
All warranty replacements will be shipped out to customers within 48 hours of receipt of defective units (subject to inspection).
Any item damaged by fire, water, lightning , misuse, or act of God is not covered.
Failure of items due to normal usage and conditions are covered.
All new products, sold by American Satellite Systems, come with a one year warranty. Further extended warranties are available, please inquire.
All refurbished products come with 3 months warranty, extended warranty is available call our help desk to inquire. All items repaired by us, carry a 3 month warranty on labor, and 1 year warranty on parts used to affect the repairs.
