Elissa Marsh has been involved with the field of birth for over 20 years.
She is a Certified Nurse Midwife and CEA trained childbirth educator who has taught and practiced in a variety of settings.
As one of the former Elizabeth Seton midwives she has experience with the needs of families who choose out of hospital birth, both birthing center and home birth.
She has also worked and taught in a number of hospitals in the metropolitan area.
Elissa brings her extensive knowledge of both high risk and low risk birth to her childbirth classes. She knows that every labor and birth is unique. Providing knowledge and understanding of the birth process and the accompanyng emotional, spiritual and physical changes that women and their families experience will help them have an enriched and informed birth.
