Eleanor Williams - Biography Biography
Eleanor Williams is 15 years old and is a young classical and contemporary opera singer. Her inspiration comes from her grandmother, Doris Gomersall, who wanted to become a professional opera singer but instead joined the army under instruction of her father. Her great great aunt Essie and aunt Sarah were singers aswell. Eleanors first performance was as Mary in a christmas play and sang her first solo called "I dont quite Understand" at the age of 5.
Since then, Eleanor has progressed with her ambition to become a professional singer and has performed at many different charity events including: Smile (Swindon) and The Grand Macmillan Annual Show (Didcot) and has won the Highworth heat of Swindon Talent (2010) gaining the opportunity to make a CD containing 4 tracks which will be released on Wednesday 2nd November. Eleanor also beat 64 other performers to win this years Talent Oxford and is currently in a main role in the big school Musical "Poptastic" where she has discovered a different style to her voice.
