From Rua do Telecomunicaçoes - the road between the back of the Camera (Town Hall) and the escalator to the beach – turn at the corner where the BPI bank is situated, you should see the Floyd’s signpost anyway. The bar is at the top of the hill, on the left, next to a restaurant called Adega do David.
