He left Telekom Malaysia Berhad in 1999 to become an entrepreneur in ICT industry, specializing in developing customized solutions and designing Rapid Application Development Tool architecture. He has vast expertise and experiences in servicing various industries including property, oil and gas, manufacturing and financial services. He is exposed to the latest cutting edge technology and continuously updates his technical knowledge to stay competitive.

PHILIP LEE WAI SIANG
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Philip Lee Wai Siang is a graduate in accountancy from the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom. He then articled with Messrs. Ng, Lee & Partners, a medium-sized accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur.
He left the auditing industry after two years and became a corporate accountant with Malaysia Transformer Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between the National Power and Bonar Long of Scotland. He eventually became the assistant financial controller, a position he held for two years.
In 1983, he left and ventured into various businesses ranging from engineering and property development to manufacturing and corporate financing. He continues to be active at Amber Capital Sdn Bhd, which he co-founded, but has since sold most of his other companies.
MOHD SALIHIN ISMAIL_ SHARIF
DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESOURCE & ACCOUNTING
Mohd Salihin Ismail _ Sharif graduated from MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM), Shah Alam, Malaysia with Diploma In Accountancy in 1987.
He pursued further studies in 1988 for Advanced Diploma In Accountancy within the same institute before working in various financial institutions such as Mayban Finance Berhad, Affin-ACF Finance Berhad and MOCCIS Trading Sdn Bhd.
He brings to Covalent Technology extensive knowledge in banking and financial services industries, global marketing, business development and corporate strategy.
SYAHRUN NAZRI SUHAIMI
GENERAL MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Syahrun Nazri Suhaimi graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from University of Southern California, California, United States of America.
He started his career as a Sales Engineer with American Pintar Inc., a Malaysian software company based in Pasadena, California. After a year, he went back to his beloved home country Malaysia and joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad as an Assistant Manager, servicing various divisions for 4 years. With a passion in Sales and Entrepreneurship, he then joined Public Mutual Berhad, a giant in the mutual fund industry, as a Sales Consultant. Here, he further developed his sales & marketing and leadership skills, and set up his own agency.
He has recently diversified his portfolio by starting up a company dealing in oil and gas, and property transactions.
The term covalent is from 1939. The prefix "co-" means jointly, associated in action, partnered to a lesser degree. Thus, "co-valent", essentially, means the people, process and technology share "valence".
