Desired Results Association Management offers board of directors an alternative for managing their homeowner or condominium association. Our A La Carte concept, which is customized for associations with 100 units or less, provides an opportunity to choose from a list of services based on the association’s needs and available budget funding.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Full service accounting (Desired Results Accounting) Attend board of directors meeting Process meeting minutes Process community mailings Serve as point of contact for HOA/COA phone calls. Field questions and refer to designated board members if necessary Obtain vendor proposals as directed by board Assist board members with compliance and administrative processing of community violations In-person meeting with board liaison Communicate (phone and/or email) with board liaison as needed Attend and assist with annual meeting/elections/budget mailings Miscellaneous directives set forth by board of directors (assist with vendors, process insurance requests, special projects, etc.) After an initial meeting with your board, we will promptly present a customized proposal for services based on the expressed needs of your association. This cost effective approach will assure the board that they are only paying for services they need versus an open-ended management service agreement.

Although recently amended F.S. 718.112(3)(d) allows board members to sign a written certification, newly elected or appointed directors are taking advantage of this educational resource. Topics such as Condominium Operations, Annual Elections, and Understanding Financial Statements, present board members with the knowledge and skills to better fulfill their position on the board.
