BREEAM AP
The BREEAM Accredited Professional qualification demonstrates specialist skills in sustainability and environmental design combined with a high level of competence in the BREEAM Assessment process.
An Accredited Professional can help you achieve your target BREEAM Rating and, if suitably engaged from the Strategic Brief Stage of a project, up to two additional credits are available.
A BREEAM AP can provide the design team with expert advice on built-environment sustainability and environmental assessment issues. This can assist the design team in setting proiorities, scheduling activities and information and negotiating the BREEAM process.
