We are a south Dublin based
HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING CENTRE
for people who are serious about their training.
Every part of our facility is dedicated to driving athletes into developing brute strength, lightning speed and mental discipline.
Our coaches are equipped with "in the trenches" experience in a range of different sports and are currently striving towards competing on a world stage as are many of our members.
