Our swim molds come in a variety of solid primary colors. You may have them done in sparkles, swirl or clear. These are made from a silicone material and are hypoallergenic.Keeping ear canals dry help prevent conditions that create infections and damage to the ear. Swim molds create a water tight seal. On the in-line, we would remove the existing earphone, and from your custom made ear mold, we will connect new stereo drivers (microphone) and embed them into your custom made ear molds. This will allow a superior quality of sound and enjoyment. The ear mold is made of a hypoallergenic material for long wear and use.Musicians and Presenters require in-ear monitoring to insure the highest quality. The proper type and design of the mold is a must. These are designed to distribute sounds evenly across the frequency range and help equalize the range of bass and treble levels.

Custom Earmold Styles for BTE Devices

Open Fit's This has become the newest style of ear mold. The most discreet and open. We friction fit it inside the chamber of the mold. This will allow easy replacement for the appliance when needed. And a pull tab, along with a color dot for left or right side.Body aidThis type of mold is used for more severe loss. Usually has a snap on receiver. This kind comes in a variety of materials and colors.SkeletonThis is the most commonly used style. It can be used for low gain as well as for mild to moderate loss. It is available in all materials and in most colors.Semi-skeletonThis mold is the same style as Skeleton, but is intended for patients that have discomfort in the concha area or have no concha at all. It is available in all materials and colors.Full shellThis style of mold completely covers the whole bowl and concha areas to give a tight seal for those who need power. It is available in all materials and in most colors. Half shell This style is the same shape as a full shell type, but cut in half allowing the upper part of the ear to stay free of any discomfort. This is available in all materials and in colors.Canal-lockThis is a discreet type of ear mold that completely sealing off the canal opening to retain sound with a retention hook to hold it in place. This is available in most materials and colors.Canal-tipThis type of style has no outer shell, leaving the ear piece practically invisible.This comes in all materials and colors. H.F.E. (High Frequency Emphasis)This is a very open mold. It has a short canal to give more high emphasis on the high from 2000/4000 range. This is available in most materials and colors those Lucite is the material is best suited for this mold. Regular CrosThis mold has no canal and just a retainer ring for support in the concha area. The tube acts as a sound chamber in the canal.*Cros-2This shape has a little more canal around the tube, but only has a curve like ring in the concha area. This will help support the aid.* Cros-3This shape is the same as Regular Cros, but has more stability in the canal area as well as in the concha.* * We recommend the use of Lucite material for all Cros molds. This helps placement in the ear and for sound quality.

Contender #1 Clear: Non Allergenic And Non ToxicThis special formula is a higher grade of material commonoly used for surgical implants. We recommend this for your more severe to profound loss, also for those very sensitive ears. This material is available in opaque clear.Contender # 2 Beige: Non Allergenic And Non ToxicThis formula is the same as contender #1, but has a difference in color. The contender #2 has a beige tint. Lucite: Hard Clear Acrylic This material is an excellent all-purpose ear mold material. It is durable, very seldom discolors and allows the greatest versatility for modification. This is available in crystal clear, or tinted in a variety of colors.Protex: VinylProtex has all the qualities of the dermatex, but in addition is a little softer and has the quality of obtaining a very tight seal for your severe losses. Protex is available in clear and tinted pink and brown. It can also be tinted in a variety of primary colors.Silicone: Solid Flesh Non AllergenicSilicone molds are made from a medical grade elastomer, the most ideal material for a perfect seal for your problem ear level cases and the ideal solution for your high powered ear level aids that cause feedback. It’s available in flesh and opaque clear and brown and pink.Soft-Seal: Non Allergenic Silicone Same quality grade material as silicone flesh, but comes in opaque clear.Softex: Soft Acrylic This material is a semi-rigid material. Soften to the body temperature. And is available in clear and pink and brown. Medi-Flex: Soft AcrylicThis material is exactly the same as softex, except for the color. It has a solid flesh color. Medi-Cryl: Hard FleshThis is an acrylic flesh colored material, it is the same material used to manufacture the ITE and the CIC hearing aid shell. Hardbody/Softtip:This material is a hard clear Lucite body with a soft tip canal. Allowing comfort and seal at the same time. This material comes in clear or tinted pink or brown.
