What I inspect
Our inspectors will perform a visual and operational inspection of the accessible installed systems and components of the property existing at the time of the inspection. It is important to have the electricity and water operational at the time of the inspection so that systems can be checked. Latent and concealed defects and deficiencies are excluded from the inspection.
An on-site report will be available at the conclusion of the inspection.
