Dr. Domingo currently serves as Education Advocacy Program Manager for the Washington State Governor’s Office of the Education Ombudsman as well as Adjunct Professor of Education at Argosy University Seattle. Previously, he served as executive pastor at All Saints Church in Seattle overseeing the areas of organizational and strategic operations, outreach, and community formation.He has held positions at Seattle Pacific University, The University of Washington, and Regent College. Prior to academia, Dr. Domingo worked in corporate and business development conducting corporate trainings, marketing, strategic planning, outreach, and city administration.Dr. Domingo has a long history of involvement and advocacy in several community and civic-based organizations, and has participated in numerous philanthropic projects both locally and internationally. He currently serves on several commuity boards and is Executive Director of Ivy Roads Student Mentoring, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to leadership and service learning programming for students across Washington State.Dr. Domingo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Theology, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, where his research involved developing a model for transformative social change.
