Down Memory Lane was started in 2009 by myself because I wanted to create something fun and one of a kind.
I enjoy creating new layouts and customizing my designs to fit your needs.
Down Memory Lane is based out of a small ocean side town in Northwest Florida where I live with my husband. I am here because I know that scrapbooks are loved and treasured for years by all those whose lives have been touched by one, but not everyone has the time, means, patience or creativity to make one on their own.
This is where Down Memory Lane comes in to play!
Each creation is hand crafted in my at home studio with you and your loved ones in mind.
Having worked in retail for a number of years it has been a dream of mine to run a personal business with a personal touch that is so lacking in today's economy. Having lived quite the colorful life thus far I know how important memories

All orders that you would like to place should be done so VIA e-mail FIRST!
The items that I make are all made to order items and are very personal
and unique to each customer. I first like to do either a phone or e-mail consultation
with each customer for every order.
Once the Basics are figured out you will
then be billed VIA PayPal unless you live locally or other agreements have been made.
Once the initial payment has been received we can discuss things further.
I take my work very seriously and want to ensure that you are getting the best possible product.
Consulting with you provides me the chance to get to know you and gather everything that I need. (pictures etc)
Any order where the initial payment is $100.00 or greater may require signing of the client - consultant agreement contract before any work is to begin.
The options for photo transfer are either VIA e-mail where
I will then put them on a disk and bring them to be printed (Standard printing and travel charges apply)
Or in person if you are local.
Another wonderful option is Shutterfly which I can explain to you if you are new to it.
If there are any special requests to go along with your pictures or for your order
those will be addressed accordingly.

Down Memory Lane can not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
The sender of any image to Down Memory Lane must own the copyright to that image, or have the express written permission of the copyright owner. The sender of the image will be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright.
By placing an order the customer expresses their right to reproduce the supplied image under copyright law. All photographs provided for memory making are accepted on the strict understanding that the provider owns copyright or permission has been obtained from the owner in writing,
By accepting the terms and conditions and entering your information on our website you are releasing us from all liability if any misuse of your personal informations should happen to occur.
The customer is absolutely liable for any resulting violation of copyright action taken by any third party
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of date, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise), even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of Down Memory Lane.

Viewing content
Down Memory Lane will not be held liable for any accidental or intentional damage to property or person, physical injury, deterioration in health, or financial loss, triggered by the viewing of any images on the website.
Obscene images
Any pornographic, obscene, or abusive images will not be accepted . Down Memory Lane will report the sender of any such image to the appropriate authority. The sender of any image appearing to show criminal activity will also be reported to the authorities.
Prices
Down Memory Lane reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. Surcharges will be made for urgent work outside our normal hours of business.
Payment in full
Payment in advance is required prior to work starting.
Ownership
Title of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by us.
Shipping
The standard shipping time allotted for each order will begin as soon as the final payment has been made.
We are not to be held accountable for delayed shipping due to weekends, holidays or delayed clearance/confirmation of payments made.
