Donna Vitasovich earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Social Anthropology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a major in communication management (honours) and a Master of Management (honours equivalent) from Massey University. Donna has researched and written questions for public service examinations. Donna worked briefly as a reteller of tales for use in ESL theatre. Donna has also written a series of articles for a leading database company teaching critical thinking skills on contemporary issues.
Donna has researched and written and co-written business plans for consumer goods and electronic goods.Whilst working in a research capacity at an executive search firm Donna also conducted salary surveys and personnel research for some of the leading New Zealand firms. Donna has also initiated best practices studies for firms whilst working within them.

To initiate a best practices study that also served as internal communications so that communication between departments and people could be improved by providing a formal channel for feedback that would be incorporated into practices. Initiate task standard and responsibility charts in the said department so that follow through could be determined, not by relationships but, by actual events.

Donna's solution was... To devise a questionnairre and interview schedule independantly so that clients could give feedback anonymously and comfortably. The evaluation was delivered with minimal discomfort to participants.

Donna's solution was... To research Marcomms strategies for inclusion in the business plan that could be related to the financial projections to build the business case for the prospective rights owners. The client gained the rights.
