Pi/Yo:
A fusion of both Pilates and Yoga, this class will challenge you to a full body workout with an emphasis on core-focused holds and exercises.
Power Yoga:
Put to loud musical beats, DLT Yoga will get your heart-rate going while improving full-body strength & flexibility.
BOSU:
Utilizing the signature fitness tool of DLT-The BOSU Balance Trainer (half-ball). This class combines cardio, resistance, and core strength-training. A TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!
Bootcamp:
Moving from exercise station to station, you’ll receive a multi-faceted workout that combines cardio, strength-training, and core training.
Cardio-Pilates
A fusion of Cardio movements and floor Pilates. We’ll get your body moving and core strengthening in ONE great hour!
