Up Ta Par is all about bringing you rejuvenation, relaxation and joy. Up Ta Par offers several different packages perfect for bridal parties, birthdays, graduation gifts, or a night out with the girls! For our younger clientele, I also offer Children packages where kids and teens can come in and celebrate for an afternoon…perfect for birthdays or special occasions!
The word "manicure" comes from the Latin words "manus," meaning "hand," and "cura," which means "care." I care deeply about your hands, and I know that you do, too. Take the time from your busy schedule to help your hands and nails look their best and I will do the rest.

For our time pressed clients, my most basic manicure leaves your nails cleaned, shaped, buffed, and polished, with your cuticles trimmed. This manicure is very popular at my spa, for both sexes.
Spa Manicure
This luxurious manicure leaves your nails cleaned, shaped, buffed, and polished, with cuticles trimmed. Next, clients receive a full massage of the hands, fingers, and forearms, accompanied by a hot towel hand wrap. The hands are then conditioned, softened and smoothed by the warm paraffin that opens your hands' pores and increases your circulation. This manicure is very popular for both sexes.

He might not have been thinking about toenail polish at the time, but still… a pedicure can turn your feet into a work of art and lift your spirits at the same time. At Up Ta Par, I know that well-groomed feet are happy feet. The pedicure services at our spa are meant to bring joy to your feet!

Relax and revive while you receive this luxurious pedicure. The first steps are the expert trimming, shaping, of the toenails. A sugar scrub exfoliation of any rough skin on the heels and balls of your feet is the final step of the Spa Pedicure, followed by a hot towel wrap and massage up to the knees with a eucalyptus-based mud mask, and polishing. The result will be pampered, sexy feet that look great whether you’re wearing open-toe shoes, sandals, or simply “bare footing” around.
Children's Manicure
For those 12 and under, our children’s manicure provides a cleaning, shaping, and pushing of the cuticles, followed by a buff, shine, and polish with the option of nail art.

For those 12 and under, our children’s pedicure provides a cleaning, shaping, and pushing of the cuticles, followed by a buff, shine, and polish.
Warm, scented paraffin wraps can be used to soothe your hands and ease away aches and pains. This service can be combined with a manicure or used alone as a therapeutic treatment for your hands. The warmth of the softened paraffin relaxes overworked muscles and joints and opens the skin's pores. Your circulation will be improved, and your hands will thank you!
Gel is not healthier than acrylic and vice versa. Both systems belong to acrylic family and the difference is how it is applied. Acrylic is a mixture of a liquid and a powder, that when combined start to cure, gel doesn't have to be mixed and only starts to cure when placed under an uv light. Enhancements shouldn't damage your natural nail, but it won't improve your natural nails either. When you remove enhancements, your nails should be just like they were before. On the other hand, bad nail tech CAN damage your nails, or bad habits. Over filing, biting, ripping the enhancements of will certainly damage your nails. So why chose one system over the other? It's a matter of preference. Acrylics tend to be stronger and can soak off with acetone, but they have to be buffed to gain shine. Gels tend to look more natural, are naturally shinny but can't be soaked off, have to be filled off.
