Dave was diagnosed in January 2009 with terminal stage IV pancreatic cancer, which rapidly spread to his liver. After unsuccessful Chemotherapy treatments through a port which was put in his chest in June 2009, Dave, along with his wife, also made a trip to Scottsdale Arizona to become a part of a 2 month experimental treatment with TGen.. Dave put up a huge fight against this terrible disease.
On January 19, 2010 - Dave was welcomed into heaven and now has an abundance of the water of life.
