Donald is a native Arkansan, born in Clebourne County and raised in Saline County and has lived in Hot Springs Village since January 2007.He is a graduate of Pulaski Academy in Little Rock and Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. The loves of his life are his wife of 11 years, Lorrie, and his two beautiful children.He is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God and a FINRA licensed securities principal.

What is YOUR Issue?
As I toured the county jail with my Leadership Hot Springs class nearly two years ago, it was obvious then that we needed a new jail. The voters also agreed as we went to the polls and voted for it. However the voters also made another statement, they were not going to allow greedy public officials to use the need for a jail as an excuse to pad the county coffers for eternity!As I have spoken to county constituents, they have said they want three things, and I agree. They are:A plan for where the jail will be, what the facilty will be, and how much it will cost.A budget to pay for the jail and its operations that is reasonable and not overbearing to the tax payers.Transparent communications to the public explaining the first two. NO MORE TRICKS, PLEASE!

There is a small portion of district 12 that is in the Village (where I live) that does not have much detail on the map. Basically the boundary in the Village is: from the Glazy Peau Gate to Camino to Balearic to Fresno to Alicante to Villena and out the front gate. If you are still unsure, you can look at your voter registration card or call or email me, and I will be glad to help you.
