I would like to personally invite you to visit my blog Reaching Your Career Dreams. I am not by any means an expert on the game of life, but I do understand that there are strategies one must have in place in order to be successful to win. Success is not placed in your hands, but in your reach. When you reach for something, you are making a conscience decision that you want it.
I am on the same journey as you are on, which is simply to understand why we were created and our purpose in life. This blog stems from my organization Divine Vessels Empowerment. It is the fruition of a concept that I had within me for at least ten years. I was waiting for a big pie in they sky moment in the far future to make this dream happen. I realized however, that the best time is now and here I am. Why wait? Tomorrow is not a promise but a gift.
Reaching Your Career Dreams is all about the choices, information, and resources that brings us either closer or away from our career dreams. The reason why this is not just a life coaching or career coaching blog is that both are so intricately intertwined. There is so much to cover. Will you join me on this journey?

I personally was in awe of the timeliness, astuteness, critical information and Holy Spirited responses each of you passionately shared with all as our panelists. It was humbling to be amidst such progressive thinkers who are believers that intimately understand the issues stagnating our community who possess the will (and power) to effect a change.

What is coaching?
"Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.
Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has."
