Divine Grace Home Health Inc. is an alternative to extended hospital stays or nursing homes. Divine Grace Home Health Inc. provides professional medical and domestic services while teaching the family ways to take a more active role in the patient's care. It is designed to be a preventative, rehabililtative, caring link between the physician, the hospital and the patient at home.

HOME HEALTH VISITS

Divine Grace Home Health Inc. offers 24-hour services. Each patient is assigned a staff member and visits are scheduled as needed. There is also an RN on-call 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week for special patient needs.

HOME HEALTH PATIENTS

Patients who are homebound, either temporarily or permanently, and require medical care may qualify for Divine Grace Health Inc. Age, income, race or handicaps have no bearing on who receives services.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Home Health care cuts costs. Divine Grace Home Health Inc. shortens and in some cases even eliminates hospital stays.In most cases, patients are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans according to their guidelines and criteria for the home health benefit.If not eligible, the patient is billed for the services provided.During the evaluation, payment arrangements will be discussed.If further information is required, a representative from the office will contact the patient/family to further discuss details.
