Pathway Apprenticeship is a ministry of Northern Clifornia/Nevada Student Ministries Department. It is our heart to take graduates of internship programs, schools of ministry, colleges, and universities and launch them into full time ministry through one of the following tracks:
>Youth Ministry
>College Ministry
>Music Ministry
>Childrens Ministry
>Evangelism
>Missions
>Media
Because of our strong network as the Assemblies of God we are able to bring some of the greatest Pastors, missionaries, evangelists, business men, media experts, and councelors to our offices to train, encourage, and mentor our Apprentices.
During your year with Pathway not only will yoou be trained by some of the best, but you will fill a ministry position in a local Assembies of God church.
You will also have the opportunity to receive a Bachelors through Bethany University or a Master's through Assemblies of God Theological Seminary at up to a 40% Pathway discount.

Pathway’s mission is to launch the next generation of leaders while resourcing the ministerial needs of the local church. A common cry of the senior pastor is the need for adequately trained staff. Pathway effectively balances education, leadership exposure to some of the top ministers in the nation, and hands on experience to successfully develop and build healthy ministries in the local church.

Our vision is to model, mentor, and mobilize our leaders. As an apprentice, you will be exposed to some of the top ministry leaders in the nation, you'll be provided with opportunities for service within our district and be granted a chance to apply your experience.
