About Me

I've had a passion for cakes and decorating for as long as I can remember. I remember my mom making my brother and my birthday cake. It's a memory that cannot be erased from my mind. I bought my first cake decorating kit and vhs video (yes, a vhs video!) when I was 18 and started tinkering around making cakes for family and for work events. Going to grad school and working a corporate job, I couldn't find too much time to tinker, but still loved making cakes for work birthdays.

Just Desserts by Dina was created out of a very special memory that was engraved into my heart, my daughter's first birthday. I wanted the celebration to be marvelous and a hand created cake by her mama was just what I was going to do. From her birthday to support and encouragement from my family, Just Desserts by Dina was born.

Beautifully decorated cookies and chocolates soon evolved. Now, Just Desserts by Dina offers a variety of ways to personalize any occasion, from weddings, to birthdays, to corporate events.
