DAD
A comprehensive database of over 60,000 emergency authorities, as well as their coverage boundaries and contact information that can be used by clients to aid in the dispatch of location-based services.
Menu Generator
Allows users to design their own menus and assign them to users. Clients can create custom access menus for trainees, data entry operators, dispatchers, management, etc.
Query
DICE Query allows users to choose from various databases and fields to generate reports and queries. Users can transfer ASCII files to applications such as Microsoft Excel.
Storm Mode
DICE Storm Mode is used by security departments and central stations in times of natural disasters and acts of nature that would generate a large number of signals to the central station.
Hot Redundancy
DICE mirrors file systems and supports a complete standby facility. If a failover occurs, the mirrored system is mounted on standby without interrupting work on the remaining standby system.
Dealer Services
Designed to automate all of the central station's dealer activity, the feature allows customers to assign specific account number ranges to each dealer for look-ups and report sorting.
