Dill's first seed was planted when Mocke and Fredrik where planning to start a punk band. They figured Double Suckers was one of the greatest band names ever and started wrting.
Being one singer and one bass player short they started looking for people to fill the slots. First they found Makke, then Markus and finally Christian. The band were complete.
A name change to Dill and Devil in Little Lisa were born.

Like an Energizer bunny on stage, Makke delivers crisp vocals as well as feisty lyrics.
Born in 1980 and raised on a musical diet consisting
of Credence Clearwater Revival, Dr. Hook, Elvis and rock from the 50's and 60's.
Through gaming he discovered the joy of electronic music and for a while listened to only AC/DC and Amiga modules.
Makke has a history as a drummer in the band Schizo,
as a rapper in The C64Mafia and as the producer for Welt and Skullgrinder.
He's also released the solo album "It's Binary, Baby!".
His influences are among others Faith No More,
Depeche Mode, VNV Nation, The Coral, bob hund and AC/DC.
Makke loves Guinness and shares the opinion that Carthage must be destroyed.
IMARKUS
The all-over-the-place-guitarist in the band,
he's always got a lick up his sleeve.
Born in the middle of the 70's he qualifies as "the old guy", but don't let that fool you! Markus played in a bunch of bands until the late 90's when he retired his chops and hung the guitar on the wall.
That lasted until last year, when a friend needed a skilled guitarist for the band that would become Dill.
Since Markus is "the old guy" he likes music like Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
Markus loves gin & tonic and owns a sail boat.
IFREDRIK
Precision like a machine is Fredrik's signature.
Even though he rather recently picked up his first guitar he got great technique and a great ear for music.
Born in the early 80's Fredrik had two choices: synth or metal. Luckily he chose metal.
Fredrik likes Metallica and Danko Jones. That's it.
Yeah, and whiskey, real whiskey, not that american junk.
ICHRISTIAN
Composer is probably what describes Christian best.
Not that he writes all the music, he just often has big ideas for songs.
Born in the late 70's in Norway he grew up listening to his mother's music from the -50's & -60's. One day he found Uriah Heep, et voilà: a metalhead was born. Moving to Sweden and not fitting in led to more metal music and guitar playing in the basement. Eventually he adapted to the Swedish way of life and is now more or less accepted in the community.
Christian played guitar in Dandrough, and in Limestone which turned into Soundry Six where he later took on bass duties. In Kraahl he played both guitar and bass. Last year he jumped the Soundry Six ship to join Dill full time.
Biggest influences are Metallica, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Weezer, Green Day, Kyuss and Billy Talent.
Christian is very fond of Danish beer and tries to play the accordion and the ukulele.
IMOCKE
Youve heard of crazy drummers? Heres one of them.
Also like an Energizer bunny, he just doesnt move around.
Mocke, also known as "the kid" since he's the youngest, started playing drums for fun in 9:th grade. To his parents joy he self-tutored himself by playing along to Green Day and Metallica-records.
During high school he started Indemnity which after two demos and two "greatest drummer of the night"-awards called it quits.
Since Mocke is a drummer he likes Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Lars Winnerbäck and Iza.
Mocke does NOT like whiskey. He likes cider.
