I understand that no two weddings are alike, but I have found that something unexpected happens at every wedding, and my experience will be valuable to you at that time. Some people prefer a very traditional ceremony with much formality, while others want a relaxed, casual atmosphere, and others a combination of the two. I am very flexible and can accomodate a bride with most styles and budgets, and offer a wide range of services and prices.
There are many choices to be made during the planning process, and I can guide you through those choices. My goal is to find out what you want and make that happen. I am your closest ally on the day of the wedding, and will protect you from the stress of the day.
We can discuss everything on your checklist, including budget, guest list, venue, flowers, photography, musicians, videographer, officiant, counseling, marriage license, save the dates, wedding party, catering, cakes, reception, ceremony, timelines, programs, table cards, seating cards, DJ, registry, transportation, showers, engagement parties, honeymoon, event rentals, favors, invitations, salon services, signage, and etiquette.
All of my packages include a complimentary initial consultation, as well as unlimited phone calls and e-mails. At your consultation, we will discuss what you can expect from me and my colleagues. Elevated Package
The Elevated Package is for the bride and groom who have begun some of the planning, such as choosing some of the vendors, but have decided that all the details are more than they want to perform. They want a professional wedding coordinator to ensure that their dream wedding day is realized. This package provides coordination of:

The coordination will begin approximately six weeks prior to the wedding, but can be booked any time during the planning.

Significant Package
The Significant Package is for the couple who have done all of the planning and coordination, but want some insurance that things will go smoothly on the day of the wedding. This package is very appealing to the couple who have gotten a little too stressed and have, at the last minute, decided that they need professional help. The drawback to this package is that I may not be available at the last minute, so please give me as much notice as possible. This will include coordination of:
The coordination can begin very close to the wedding date and can include producing a stress-free wedding, keeping up with all key players, running errands, running interference with difficult wedding party members, letting florists into venue, making additional boutonnieres, minor alterations, keeping everyone calm, assistance lining up everyone for photographs, etc.
Complete Wedding Planning Package
The Complete Package is for the couple who have demanding jobs, leaving them little time for wedding planning, or for couples who live in another city, but want to come to beautiful East Tennessee for a wedding of their dreams. This package provides the coordination of:

Prominent Package
The Prominent Package is for the couple who have a grand idea about what they want from a wedding. They want to be involved in choosing the vendors and venue, but want a professional to handle the details. This package provides the coordination of:
Church Decoration, Reception Decoration and Outdoor Venue Decoration are available separately or may be combined with any other package. I also prepare bouquets, boutonnieres, halos and corsages. I can do modern, traditional or any style requested. I can show you a portfolio of my work.
Because the number of arrangements and the type of flowers will vary greatly, I can figure this cost and get a price for you fairly quickly so that you are able to budget this item. I own some equipment, and if it meets your needs may be used without charge.

I love weddings! I have been planning and directing weddings for nine years. On your special day, you want to be with someone who is passionate about the event. I don't enjoy anything more.
I have very good organizational skills, and am very enthusiastic about the production of a wedding. I feel that my talents are best suited for the details, beauty and pageantry that go into transforming a wedding into a grand occasion. I can juggle many different types of tasks, and produce a beautiful wedding and reception. I am a master at time management.
A wedding can be a very stressful time for all concerned. I have an extraordinary ability to keep calm. I can think through problems and come to a solution. I will handle any problems with professionalism, and keep the problems from reaching the wedding party, if at all possible.
I am an accomplished floral designer. I have prepared flowers for many weddings and other special events. I make arrangements almost every week, so I am experienced with every season. I can do very formal or very casual arrangements, depending on your style. I think all flowers are truly beautiful, and cost does not determine the elegance of your wedding flowers.
I am a good liaison with other wedding professionals. I am familiar with many florists, photographers, videographers, caterers and venue operators. I will search for the perfect church and reception location to meet your needs.

Denise was the Wedding Director for my wedding five years ago. She did an excellent job of maintaining an elegantly calm and organized atmosphere throughout the wedding weekend. She kept everyone focused during the rehearsal and on the day of the ceremony so I didn't have to concern myself with the details. Although Denise is my mother and my opinion may be biased, I can tell you that she is extremely talented and passionate about weddings! She helped coordinate essentially everything for my wedding in Kingsport in October 2009. Since I live in Texas and couldn't travel to Tennessee often, I trusted her with everything from choosing the venue and booking the caterer to determining which flowers would be prettiest and hold up best in late October. Everything was perfect! My engagement was relatively short (less than 6 months) but she calmed my nerves and made sure that my wedding day would be just as I had always planned. I received countless compliments on my beautiful hand-made invitations which Denise made herself with materials I helped select. All of the flowers, centerpieces and bouquets were gorgeous--she planned and arranged them herself, using my favorite flowers and the wedding colors. She even did the alterations for my wedding dress, and created a bustle that was just what I had imagined. I can't count the endless number of things she helped me with before, during and after the day of the wedding, but she was prepared for it all and handled everything perfectly.
