HOME Music brings him to life and film is the way he captures life. De La Cruz is the person on subject, known as music producer artist, songwriter, and film enthusiast. De La Cruz picked up a pen at the age of 16 and started to write down lyrics without any music, which can be looked at as poetry. He then began to make simple beats off of basic programs on his computer. Putting those two elements together he started to record off of a simple computer microphone. He wasnt the best at the age of 16, but learned and grew with the music.Music was on his mind ever since elementary school. The saxophone was the first instrument he learned how to play in the 6th grade, he then went on to learn the bass guitar and his long time friend/neighbor helped him learn the basics of the drums.Venues that De La Cruz has performed at: BB Kings, Whiskey a Go-Go, Knitting Factory, Key Club, Stardust, Jimmys Lounge, Rhythm Lounge and the list goes on. He is now rockin the stage Live with dj Cruz all over LA and it's surrounding areas.De La Cruz is now working on uplifting music with dj Cruz which is a mix of Hip-Hop and Electro that is filled with more energy than that Energizer bunny on TV. DLC Beats is De La Cruzs producer name and has been working at making beats since he began to rap making his own beats.CruzTV emerged from a simple project that involved The Automatik Shuffle (Internet Radio Show). De La Cruz and dj Cruz along with M.C. Groove are now covering celebrity interviews at venues as well.
