Dominique G. Evans is a licensed clinician, life/wellness coach, religious educator, and motivational speaker, and addiction specialist. She is often called upon to challenge daily issues of women, men, and at risk youth, as well as senior adults. Ms. Evans philosophy Honor Your Spirit is a constant reminder for us to Live Life to the Fullest, as God created us to do. Marcus Crosby, currently a Program Director of LifeLine of Maryland/Virginia, a full-service educational and rehabilitation management firm headquartered in Laurel, Maryland. LifeLine of Maryland/Virginia provides educational and rehabilitation services to developmentally disabled youth in Laurel, Maryland and Herndon, Virginia. Mr. Crosby who would be considered a rare breed in the education and rehabilitation field as being a former Pre-Kindergarten Teacher as well as having been a Special Education coordinator in several school districts including charter schools throughout the District of Columbia and Metropolitan area.
Years of training in Clinical Psychology and Addiction Medicine, coupled with her personal religious beliefs enables Ms. Evans to develop extensive and comprehensive healing plans to educate, empower, and encourage all persons, namely women and youth to overcome obstacles, hidden pains and to live their lives as they are destined.
The leadership that he exhibits through his stringent yet appreciative style has proven to be effective. He has applied strategic planning, partnering arrangements with large and small school districts as well as several community based service providers for hard to serve youth with outstanding results. His diligence in providing continual quality improvement, customer services techniques that includes a proven track record of educational and rehabilitation success among youth of all ages in addition to other modus operandi to create a multitude of successful outcomes for youth of all ages.
She has established ongoing professional relationships developing plans for Kaiser Permanente/Behavioral Health Department, Global Developmental Services for Youth, Inc., and Allied Addiction Services, LLC, JP & Associates, KW Enterprises, Howard University, and Black Entertainment Television Foundation (BETF) to name a few.
Mr. Crosby has served actively in the business community and has served as a Board member of the YMCA in the Potomac Overlook, Maryland area in addition to serving on the Human Rights Advisory Board for the ARC of Prince Georges County, Maryland. He also believes in giving back to the community as he assisted planting trees for a Livable Communities Initiative for a local school in the City of Seat Pleasant, Maryland as well as reading to students at Seat Pleasant Elementary School.
Mr. Crosby is a native of Neptune, NJ. He attended Solebury Preparatory high school in New Hope, PA and received his undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Special Education from the University of New Hampshire and currently attending school to receive his Masters in Business Administration.
In addition, she has creatively encompassed more that 25+ years of creative logistical planning, event management/design and her clinical expertise to create life changing experiences through her “vision”, Create the Vision Source, LLC.
Create the Vision Source provides her an opportunity to use her spiritual gifts of leadership, helps, administration, discernment, teaching, healing, wisdom, exhortation, hospitality, with a wide variety of services to include: Religious and Bible Instruction, American Sign Language Instruction, Logistics Management, Individual & Group Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy, Event Management, Design & Decor, Project & Production Management, Business Etiquette & Development, Addiction Recovery & Relapse Treatment, Mentoring, Mental & Spiritual Wellness, Emotional Empowerment, Life Coaching, as well as a plethora of services for both Deaf and hearing communities.
Her most recent workshop series include, “How to Let Go and Move On”, “Healing Thru the Hurt”, “Forgiving Yourself in the Process”, and “Loving Yourself thru it All” began a national dialogue that empowers each one of us to learn how to walk into spiritual freedom.
