GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES FOR YOUTH, INC. is a leader in providing leadership and self-empowerment strategies to children and youth. Our team of trained mentors, management professionals and subject matter experts has proven expertise in youth leadership development. Members of our team represent the educational system, legal community, corrections departments, drug abuse counseling, public safety, and the court system. Our success is based upon our ability to build collaborations with government agencies, non-governmental agencies, business and civic associations. Our strategic alliances have permitted us to expose our youth to opportunities, which have been historically denied.
SELF-EMPOWERMENT STRATEGIES
GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES FOR YOUTH, INC. has established a solid record of success integrating our existing services with new initiatives designed to assist participants in leadership development. Currently, our Information Systems and Information Technology Teams are developing instruments that will assist in real-time data reporting providing up-to-the-minute information on participants. This reporting system is currently being developed.
Because of limited funding, financial resources and human resources; data collection, data analysis and data reporting is challenging. In this age of computers and rapidly changing technology, we must keep pace with the growing demand to do more with less. The proposed Global Reporting System will help us take that step into the future. It will further enable us to track our success and evaluate those areas in need of improvement. All in all, this aids us in providing quality comprehensive and holistic services to all participants.
