Registration
Parents we are still hosting registration for both tackle football and competitive cheer teams ages (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U). Football is $85 per player with their own pads, $125 for players wishing to use loaner pads, and cheer prices are $95 for Returning and $155 for New Cheerleaders. All Money is due ASAP; please see your Team Mom if a Payment plan is needed. Items your Team Mom will need are as follow

• Payment
• Completed Physical Form
• Sign Parent Code of Conduct (1 per Household)
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Original Birth Certificate needed for MAYFL Certification ONLY
All information is due to your Team Mom on or before Aug. 16, 2011
MAYFL Certification
All Cobra Football Teams are required to be at the Fairmount Gym on Aug 18th at 6:30pm for MAYFL Team Certification. Cheer Certification will be August 20th at Old National Park from 10am – 2pm.
Any player that misses Football Player Certification will NOT be allowed to play in until they have been certified MAYFL Makeup Certification is Sept 11th which is after the second game. NO REFUNDS will be given for missing Player Certification MAKE UP. Each team will need to print and bring their roster and each child's Original Birth Certificate and a copy of that Birth Certificate to leave with the MAYFL Auditor. Coaches there will be a $10 fine per error so CCCYEA will perform a mock certification on Thursday Aug 16th, 2011
Southside Jamboree
All Cobra Teams will participate in the 1st Annual Southside Jamboree at Duncan Park in Fairburn, GA. Game schedules has not been completed at this time. More details will be provided during Thursday’s practice.
Physicals Information
Cobra Doctor will be at the field this Thursday conducting Physicals. All players needing a physical need to do so on or before Aug 16th

Cobra Practice
Cobras Football will practice at CEC all this Week from 6:00 – 8:00pm. We are now in Full Contact Gear. New Pad orders are placed every Tuesday for anyone needing new equipment. Equip Pak $110
Cobra Cheer will practice at Fairmount Gym this Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Cobra 4U Flag will practice at CEC this Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm
