We were blown away by all of your support and kindness on the night, thanks to you we have passed into the next Sussex heat for battle of the bands! The next gig is on December 10th Chi Inn.. come down and support us!

we had a longgg day at the gig, awsome people that came and awsome bands that played there, Pedigree skum and girl fixer along with total bloody chaos all on top form. Dead To Life ripped it up on the stage and finished the set with a Diane by Therapy?.

My word...for our first full on début gig, we couldn't believe how well received we were, everyone went mental and Spike (Stephen) managed to get in the crowd with his guitar on the
song Sophie - was epic!
We would like to say Blackprint and Hera were totally amazing and we loved moshing in with them while they were on- totally amazing.
We managed to sustain a knee injury to our bassist Louis and Tom our drummer cut his wrist..all in a nights work lol.

In-line with the new Demo we recorded called "Sophie", we have now added the Sophie Lancaster Page which has the links you need to reach the foundation and the Face Book.
15/6/11 - Recording New Demo, Gig and New Album in development...
We been lugging our amps and equipment through the rain and grime and spent a heated afternoon recording our new Demo CD and Single Video in La Havana. Sound engineered by Dave from the Watermelons cheers Dave!!
We will be recording a new album in the near future probably around the end of the year... watch this space.
After Recording we stayed on to play a full set which involved strings breaking, an injury and the near destruction of a guitar!
Sophie Lancaster foundation:
Way back in January 2011 Dead To Life finally decided to get out the old lyrics book of old unused lyrics and tabs that never made it to full songs.. and we decided we wanted to get some poison out about the death of Sophie Lancaster, murdered for being different on August 24th 2007....
Most of us know what it is like to be different and sometimes to be persecuted for it, we all do in the Dead To Life camp so we wanted to write this song, nothing too "clever” or complex to understand...we wanted to say it how it is and plan to release it as a single with all proceeds going to the charity.
"Sophie" is the final name for the song, again we didn't want to make it all cryptic and hard to understand.. we just wanted to do this for her and her family and to help us deal with this disgusting thing that happened.
