We are dedicated to helping you obtain and maintain healthy hair. Our services are centered around the idea of nurturing and healing the hair. We only use professional brand products that include haircare and styling products that are free from sulfates, animal testing, harsh chemicals and contain natural botanicals to nourish and protect the hair.

Payments
We require a small deposit to secure your appointment .
The amount of deposit will be determine by the type of
services you will receive and will be discussed during
our phone consultation. The remaining balance is due
immediatly after services are rendered by DB Salon on
the day of your appointment. How it works is as follows:
1. Choose your desired service.
2. Using the "Contact" tab, provide your full
name, phone number, the type of service you
want, and the date and time you want us to
perform the service.
3. We will contact you to confirm your
appointment and provide a phone
consultation.
4. If you are satisfied from the phone
consultation, return to our site, go to our
contact page and pay your deposit through
paypal.
5. After we've recieved your deposit, we will
arrive at your location at the time of your
schedule appointment, set up, conduct a face
to face consultation to confirm what was
discussed over the phone and then began
performing your services.
Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 week prior to desired date.
We will arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to set up. To receive the best results, we ask that you adhere to the allotted time of your appointment. If you are not ready to receive your service at the scheduled time, we can not guarantee that we will be able to provide your service in full.
Travel Fees
We do not charge a travel fee when we travel under 32 miles from Dunwoody 30350. For distances over 32 mile, there will be a travel fee of the greater of $12.00 or .25 per mile.
Cancellations
All appointments must be cancelled within 72-hours from the scheduling date. If appointments are cancelled after 72-hours, all deposits will be forfeited.
Change of Appointments
A 72-hour notice is required for any appointment changes. Failure to change appointment within the allotted time will result in a forfeiture of all deposits. An appointment may be rescheduled 3 times. Any reschedule beyond the allotted amount will result in the forfeiture of all deposits.

Q. What Are Xtreme Lashes
A. Xtreme LashesTM are semi-permanent eyelash
extensions that are made from synthetic fibers that
replicate natrual eyelashes. Xtreme LashesTM are
nothing like the individual lashes you find in beauty
supply stores. Xtreme LashesTM are applied by
attaching one single strand of Xtreme Lashes to one
individual strand of a natural lash with Xtreme
Lashes TM adhesive.
Q. How Long Do Xtreme Lashes Last?
A. Xtreme LashesTM are water proof and lasts up to
2 months with proper maintence.
Q. Are Xtreme Lashes safe?
A. The primary ingredient in Xtreme Lashes TM adhesives
is the same ingredient used by plastic surgeons in the
U.S. for suture-less wound closure. This procedure is
painless and will not harm your eyelids or natural
lashes.
Q. When will I need a refill of my lash extesnions?
A. When at least 50% of your lashes remain . Please note
that if you have less than 50% of your Xtreme Lashes
when getting your refill, a full set charge will apply.
Q. What can I expect when receiving services
from db Artistry mobile services?
A. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction.
We strive to cater to our clients individual beauty
needs and desires while providing a stressfree
and fun environment in the comfort of our client's
home or location of their choice.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. At this time, we only accept pay pal for all deposits
and cash.
Q. What type of products do you use?
A. We use Purology, Alterna, Phytospecific,
Redken, and Pravana.
Q. Do I need to have my hair shampoo and
conditioned before you arrive for my
appointment?
A. No. We will shampoo and condition your hair
for you. We arrive to your location for service fully equipt
with a portable shampoo bowl, dryers and everything
needed to perform your services.
Q. Do I need to use my own products and tools
for my appointment ?
A. No. We supply all the products and tools
needed to provide your beauty services. All you
have to do is sit back relax and enjoy being
pampered.
