About Crusaders Special Efforts Committee was a group set up in 2006 by supporters. The primary goal of the group is to raise funds to be used for the following purposes.
To help towards the tax bill
To help with the day to day bills for utilities and other things essential for the running of Crusaders.
Ground Development - this would be used to support any applications for funding to the Sports Council or any other body for improvements to Seaview.
To encourage participation and donations from supporters all income and outgoings will be visible to them upon request.
A regular source of income is the 50/50 draw at matches. These have proved very popular and we would like to thank all our loyal supporters who participate in this. We have these draws now at matches both home and away.
Another regular source of income is the recently introduced Standing Order scheme. This is invaluable as an income stream particularly at times when there is a scarcity of home gates and more importantly during the summer months when there is no income from the football side of things.
If anyone out there would like to make a regular donation using this scheme they can simply click on the printer icon on the left of this page. This will lead you to a form to fill in your details which can either be given to a member of the SEC or alternatively send directly to your own bank.
It was agreed by the club members at an E.G.M. that any monies raised by the Standing Order scheme would be ring-fenced to be used solely for helping towards paying the clubs tax bills.
The members of the SEC appreciate the help and support of our fans so far and look forward to their continued support in the future.
