David has been a real estate photographer for over 6 years in New York City.
Why do we charge for photography? Real Estate photography requires specialized equipment and photoshop post processing. Davids Camera Craft uses a 15mm lens (86 degree horitonal angle of view), a 3 way pan tilt head and a sturdy tripod. Additionally, we use a professional full frame Nikon D700 camera.After taking the photographs, Davids Camera Craft combines 2 or more of the photographs in photoshop. This is called HDR photography. The main reason for this elaborate post processing is because todays digital cameras do not have the dynamic range to capture the inside and the outside of the room. So we have to add the brightest elements into the photo in post processing. Each photo takes around 20-40 minutes depending on how intricate the process has to be.
I use the best possible equipment, offer personalized photograhy services and premium photographs. I really care about how your photographs look, whether it is for print ads or web presence.My photo shoot services for real estate are 6 high res photos and 6 low res photos (resized specifically for your website) at --- $95 Each additional photo after that is $15 (per same apartment building).To contact David email :davidscameracraft_gmail.com.
