What we do

All of our personal trainers are REPS approved level 3+ fitness specialists, trained to deal with nutritional planning, 6 month periodisation forcasts and assisted PIR and CRAC stretching.Our specialists are easily adapted to work in any situation. So whether that would be at home, at the gym, in a local park, or if your very daring in a private area at work!Our prices are extreemely competative, and we promise to deliver a professional rewarding experience to every single one of our important and valued clients.

PERSONAL training services
Option 1: Pay as you go session( 1 hr) £30.00Option 2: 10 sessions £260.00Option 3: 20 sessions £460.00

All clients will recieve a folder with health and lifestyle questionnaires to help aid them along the road to success. A screening which includes B.M.I, fat percentage, and lung volume tests will be measured and give each and every one of our clients a premium and value for money service.
