An excellent two storey villa in a well established private complex at Cala San Vicente.
The proximity of the beach and resort makes Ca'n Botana a great spot for families. The villa is in a beautiful area in the North of the island, next door to the famous old town of Pollensa, and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa.
It has fabulous sandy beaches - perfect for children, and the warm Mediterranean Sea! Cala San Vicente has three coves, and our villa is only a 3 minute walk to the lovely beach Cala Molins, with local restaurants and shops.
Pollensa old town is 5km away, with a rich history and the famous steps. Puerto Pollensa is also only 5km away which is a busier resort, but has a very large sandy bay.
Cala San Vicente , is a quaint old fishing village which is very popular with Mallorcans.
There are supermarkets and shops inclose walking distance and lovely local restaurants and bars to try for lunch or dinner.
Cala has three coves, each has its own sandy beach which is fantastic for snorkelling, sunbathing, castle building or just relaxing.
The beautiful Cavall Bernat mountain is a fantastic scenic background and very dramatic as it casts its shadow into the blue sea.
Old Town Pollenca, at the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana and tucked between two hills, each topped by a sacred site, Pollenca is the perfect Mallorcan town.
Cafe life is still the rule; if you want to join in, come on a Sunday morning when the Placa Major is filled with market stalls and the locals congregate after church to relax Spainish style.
Among many historic buildings is a former Jesuit convent, now the town hall. From here you climb 265 steps to the Calvari church, with its ancient wooden cross and views of Puig de Maria.
Port De Pollenca, this resort has everything - wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.
