Purim is next month!! The synagogue is doing a Dinner Theatre Purim Shpiel on Wednesday, March 7th and need volunteers to help serve the food! For every volunteer we have come out there, our chapter will receive $25 for our chapter Tikun Olam!! You would start at 5:30 and would get to eat the food as well, sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me!
Spring Subregional Convention is the weekend of March 16-18 in Orlando! Applications are due to Erin by Friday, March 2nd at 3pm. It will be a super fun convention and our lovely Chapter President, Ilyssa Schatz, will be running for a Subregional Board Position, so come to support her as well!

Some of you might be wondering what the handy dandy little box above does. All you have to do is type in your name (so I know who you are), type in your email address (so I can reply to your message), type up a message, and hit send. This sends a message directly to me, Dassi Lipnick. You will have to respond from your normal email, but when you use this box, you don't even have to sign in to send me a message. If you would like to contact any of the other board members, all of our emails are on the list to the left of the screen.
David and I (Goliath) have been hearing all about Yom Disney and we are so jealous that we couldn't come! It makes me wish I had legs. But we've decided that we're glad you all had a good time.
On a different note, we've also decided that we actually want to meet you guys. So, we're looking for a new home. We love you, Dassi, we just want to broaden our horizons a bit and get to know and love other members of our amazing chapter as well. So, we need someone who wants to give us a home and take care of us. Talk to our current guardian, Dassi Lipnick, to volunteer. See you soon!
David here, reporting from the fish tank at Dassi's house. Goliath and I are doing great... except he has a plant and i don't. Anyways, we're so excited for USY Shabbat. It sounds like it's going to be a great time. We're so disappointed that we cant come :( I hope you all have an amazing Shabbat. We can't wait to hear all about it.
Hi, my name is Goliath. I just got to Dassi's house and she's been telling me all about GUSY and how amazing it is. I'm so psyched to be your mascot! I hope you guys don't mind, but i brought a friend home with me too. His name is David.
Dassi told us that this is our page on the website and David and I can write whatever we want on it. So, we've decided to make it sort of a blog where you can keep up with how we're doing.
Oh, and one more thing... Sorry to disappoint, but we're not goldfish (but i do have a gold color about me). Well, i'll be checking in with you guys as i settle in and I can't wait to meet you all!!! =D
