Dave Lagore
Pastor Dave Lagore is the fourth of five sons-- all of whom became ordained, full-time ministers. He and his wife, Eileen have four children and seven grandchildren. Their youngest son, Joshua, who is now 27 years old, was "chosen" after the other children had grown and started homes of their own.
Of the more than forty years that Dave Lagore has pastored, 19 years were spent in Calgary, Alberta where the Lagore's founded and pastored the Calgary Christian Center. This interdenominational fellowship became one of the largest churches in Canada.
Pastor Lagore was instrumental in sparking the historic charismatic renewal across Canada and became well known for the annual Spiritual Leadership Conferences which he hosted in Banff, Alberta. Foremost teachers were featured speakers, and hundreds of pastors and lay-leaders from across North America were encouraged and refreshed.
In over 14 missions to Eastern Bloc countries, particularly Poland and Romania, he has conducted pastor's conferences, supplied teaching and study materials, musical and sound equipment, automobiles, helped with the construction of a Bible College, church construction and a Pastor's support fund. Also, he has conducted pastor's conferences, crusades and teaching seminars in Jamaica, Denmark, England, Germany, Canada, and the United States.
Although the main focus of his ministry has always been the uplifting and edifying of the body of Christ, this aspect of his ministry has grown since Joshua came into his home. His wife, Eileen, was involved in placing children in private adoptions when Joshua came into their lives. The doctor's report said that the tiny 41lb. North American Native baby was blind, 60% deaf and mentally retarded. Subsequently, the adoptive parents terminated the adoption proceedings. So little Joshua came to 'temporarily' stay at the Lagore's. Within a matter of months the progress in his life was so remarkable the doctors could not explain it-- and of course the homeless baby had won a permanent place in Dave and Eileen's hearts.
The healing in the life of this special boy has been a living "object lesson" of God's restorative power. Joshua, who is now 27 years old, can see and hear perfectly, and loves math, reading, and writing in his special education classes.
Lars Frugard
Growing up in northern California, Lars met God at a very young age. He found he had a deep passion for seeing people healed, saved and delivered. This passion led him to Bethel Church in Redding, California, where he attended the School of Supernatural Ministry for 2 years. It was there, that his vision for world impact grew.
Following his training at Bethel, Lars left for Norway, where he helped start the Nordic School of Supernatural Ministry. At this school Lars and a handful of staff taught students how to demonstrate the Kingdom of God through the power of the Holy Spirit. During his two years in Norway, three classes graduated from that ministry school.
Lars has recently moved back to California and has accepted the position of Assistant Pastor at Canyon Christian Center. His vision is to see the Church live as the Bride of the Bridegroom – a Bride that walks in power and love, demonstrating to the world that the Bridegroom is coming for a great and glorious Church that is walking in the fullness of her inheritance which is in Christ Jesus.
Lars has a passion to see equip the saints to walk in radical love, to see people healed, saved and delivered and to see the world touched by the presence of God.
Danny & Shanna Thomas
Recent graduates from Vangurad University: Danny majored in Religion and focused on Youth Ministry while Shanna got her degree in Cultural Anthrology with a minor in Business. In August 2010 they were married and are enjoying all of the sweet moments that fill their life together.
Shanna grew up surrounded with family members that were involved in ministry. Her grandfather was a pastor for over 50 years, and her mother is founder of the singing group "Treasure Ministries", based out of Phoenix, AZ, that has been going strong for 24 years. Danny did not grow up in a Christian home, but as a youngster, got involved in the local Assemblies of God church in his hometown, Boron, CA. There was much heartache in his childhood but through youth group, church camps, and sports, he was able to find God and stay out of trouble.
Our desire as Youth Pastors is to awaken the next generation to what God has planned for them. We want to show them that they have something that is worth fighting for. Their potential is so much more than they realize and we would like to expand their horizon to all of the possibilities.
We want to be there to motivate these young people to change the world around them. We want to be used by God to help them see what He has envisioned for them. We recognize that students can serve today-not just be trained to serve in the future.
We are passionate about Word of God and therefore we want to teach on that foundation. In Danny's words, we want youth to have a "Bible-belt-spirit-felt" experience, meaning that they can dive into the Word, question it, stand on it and own it so that they can have a divine encouter with their heavenly Father.

LifeLine Senior’s Ministry
Our ministry to convalescent and assisted-living homes, is LIFELINE. On the 2nd Sunday of each month a growing number of caring people join in sharing the love of Jesus and connecting with some special people in word, song, and friendship drawing out their potential and destiny.
Professionals have designed special electronic devices to reduce the risk seniors who live alone. In the event of a mishap, help is available at the push of a button. LIFELINE Ministry also helps reduce the risk of seniors being alone, and our "help button" is when people like you help, encourage and minister to these special people. There is something everyone can do.
Leaders: Robert and Linda Stone, Pastor Brad and Lora Mae Miller

Friday Night Encounter
with Lars Frugard
•Encounter the Presence of God.
•Experience the "thin place" between heaven and earth!
•Learn how to develop a supernatural lifestyle.
Lars is an assistant pastor at CCC, and a graduate of the School of Supernatural Ministry at Bethel Church in Redding. He has ministered and taught Healing Schools in Norway, the Ukraine and other overseas missions. His passion is to equip the Church to walk in radical love, to see people healed, saved and delivered, and to see the world touched by the presence of God.
“From my past experience as a leader at a School of Supernatural Ministry, I believe that if you can see yourself as God sees you, then you will be able to do what He says you can do (Matt. 10:7-8). Jesus is always healing the body and soul, so I fully expect to see transformation in all of us on Friday Nights, and I am excited to see healings take place in every one of these meetings!”
Teaching on the supernatural without demonstration never empowers people, so expect to get hands-on experience of seeing the power of Christ work through you.
Testimonies
More
Following are some of the testimonies that came out of Pastor Dave's here in San Fernando. There are some more and we will be compiling those and sending them on to you when they are ready. You appreciate that it is not easy to put into words some of the experiences, so that has been the challenge.
Personally, I had overwhelming feelings of being unappreciated, inadequacy, and loneliness in my areas of responsibility at the church. Pastor Dave gave me a word to remain faithful and to see everything through the eyes of God. He imparted strength, hope and courage; and encouraged me to stay in an atmosphere of worship in the presence of God. Since then, I have refocused on doing God’s will and functioning at a level that is higher than the things that are seen to the things that are not seen! - Patricia R., San Fernando, Trinidad
Pastor Dave, your visit to our church is a moment I will never forget and was definitely a huge turning point in my walk with Christ. When the altar call began and I stepped forward, I asked God to give me courage to be able to worship Him freely and a fire and hunger for God’s Word. It was as if my eyes were instantly opened.
I have now a greater desire to have a more intimate relationship with God my true Father and Jesus Christ His Son. A flame has been rekindled in my spirit – just like when I first got saved. With it I hope to ignite my family’s desire for Jesus Christ as well, so we can affect change in our community and then our nation not only by our words but by our very lives – living examples and testaments to God’s love and grace. - Yohance T., San Fernando, Trinidad
On Sunday morning when Pastor Dave began to pray with the congregation, he explained of being “drunk in the spirit.” It was evident that this was passed on to everyone who was assisting (leaders, ushers, etc.), but little did I think about this until the evening service.
Pastor Dave had requested handkerchiefs . . . and in his Sunday evening sermon, he spoke about someone touching you and getting healed, referencing the “woman with the issue of blood” who touched the hem of Jesus’ garment and was healed.
He illustrated this by getting the leaders to form two parallel lines and gave each individual a piece of cloth. Each one was to speak a word: faith, health, fire, wealth and peace, to name a few. I was to say “fire!” The congregation formed a line and passed through, touching what they wanted by who it was being represented by.
After about half of the congregation had passed, a different feeling over took me. It was the “joy of the Holy Spirit” and everyone from that point on was affected by His touch. People around me saw a difference and wanted some of this “fire.” I started to laugh and laugh but I could not control it. I also spoke in tongues when some persons were touched.
I remember the line being backed up and the cloth was on one particular individual. I started praying with him, telling him to “soak in the fire,” and he went into a different zone. He wouldn’t let me remove my hands, and I could feel him drawing more and more from me.
Soon after, a lady said that she wanted some of that fire, so I touched her and she went flat on the floor. This happened to several other leaders who had formed the tunnel after the congregation had passed through. Just by His touch, they too and I, felt the Holy Spirit go through them. - Terry P., San Fernando, Trinidad

A young talented musician had an unusual encounter with the presence of the Lord. She has an increasing desire to fulfil what God has called her to do for Him. – Kabrina, San Fernando, Trinidad
Before coming into the morning worship service, this 72-year-old grandmother was felling very ill and was hardly able to concentrate during the service due to a severe headache. When Pastor Dave prayed for her, she immediately felt a release of the pain and was completely delivered. – Priscilla, San Fernando, Trinidad
The Spiritual Leadership Conference which we hosted in Banff and Calgary during the '80's was an incredibly impacting time for pastors and leaders across Canada and the U.S. Teaching from those conferences, including worship and prophetic words, is now available on DVD. While the quality of recording is not to be compared with today's technology, the spirit and anointing upon the messages is amazing. Watch for additional titles coming monthly. $5.00 each
