Proposed Timetable

5.00 am Glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

5.05am light stretching and yoga with meditation

5.50am Reading of deep and uplifting spiritual text

7.00am Breakfast Time fruits, muesli, yoghurt ,fruit juice, rye bread and avocado(just a guideline)

 

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Gods or deities of Ancient India were pure vegetarians. My philosophy behind this diet is based on the ancient philosophy of Raja Yoga, a 5000 year old thought process. I t connects non violence with meditation and a pure (satwic) diet. Where good karma is accumulated through not harming animals as well as not  eating over stimulating veges like onions and garlic, alcohol or tobacco, of course the philosophy should be adapted too your attitudes and lifestyles. This pure diet is intended for someone who wants too intensely meditate which we'll look at later
