General Conditions:
READ BEFORE BOOKING
A $100 non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking for all packages (except weddings), the rest of the amount should be paid on the day of the session. We recommend you to make bookings at least 15 days in advance; once booked, you can change the date at any time if you need it, letting us know at least 3 days before the original appointment. Photo-sessions in outdoor locations are subject to change depending on weather conditions. All packages include an online gallery at DANIEL BARTOLI PHOTOGRAPHY: you will have your personal image gallery hosted for up to 6 months. We work weekends and public holidays without any extra charge.
IN STUDIO
Clients are invited to bring in a range of outfits to accommodate various looks - i.e. casual/natural, relaxed, elegant, classical, vibrant and the list goes on. Don’'t forget to bring in your favourite accessories – headwear, scarves, jewellery, etc. Our studio has a wardrobe, and a range of accessories and props which our stylist will introduce to complement your outfits. A representative from the studio will call you to discuss this further.

- Photo album: different sizes and shapes.
- Makeup artist and hair stylist services available upon request.
- Extra hours of work.
- We are also available for photographic sessions in regional areas. Charges apply.

What's included?
- 2hr photographic session approximately.
- 2 prints of your choosing, size A4.
- 2 photos size 6x4 in Perspex/acrylic frame (ideal for your office desk).
- DVD / USB drive with all images supplied at High Resolution, optimised and ready to print. Images supplied in colour, black & white and sepia. No additional charge for the photos you prefer as they're already included.
- Online gallery at DANIEL BARTOLI PHOTOGRAPHY: Your personal image gallery hosted for up to 6 months.
- Additional prints available upon request (charged separately).
- Can choose a location: in studio, in the comfort of your own home or your favourite place (park, Sydney Harbour, etc.).

Create / update your existing portfolio!
Make-up styles can be high fashion, dramatic or as natural as you like, the choice is yours. The sessions can be classical, sensual or conservative.
- 1 (one) person session: add $190 per extra person.
- 2 prints of your choosing, size A4 (1 Colour/1 B&W).

- Sport Events - School Events - Entertainment (comedy, theatre, music)
- Christenings - Evening Parties - Private Functions (i.e. parties of any kind
such as 21st, Children and Engagement Party)
- Minimum 3hr hire: $390 / one (1) photographer. For "Evening Parties" a $100 surcharge is applicable.
- Prints available upon request (charged separately).
For large events we recommend two (2) photographers at least. Extra hours of work are available upon request. Additional costs may apply for travel expenses.
Starting from $1,500
- Minimum 4hr hire - $1500 / one (1) photographer.
- Developing and processing of a selection of approximately 150 size 6”x4” professionally printed images, presented in a stylish proof album.
- Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a $500 deposit, and signature of Service Agreement. Full payment will be due two weeks before the wedding.
- We recommend making bookings at least 3 months in advance.
- Extra time and a second photographer are strongly recommended if you want to cover the event from brides preparation to couples departure at the end of the reception (bride and attendants preparation, groom and groomsmen pre-ceremony, guests arriving, ceremony and post-ceremony, bridal shoot on location, welcome at the reception, etc). All depends on your needs, just ask us!
