Established in December 2009, Dalton Herbs & Botanics began with Michelle's passion for all things Botanical.
From collecting Portmerion teacups to Botanical art, it seemed a natural progression to start a little herb garden in our new home.. A few weeks gleaning from the famous 'Isabel Shipard' and the excitement of cutting freshly grown chives, basil & sage to put on bruschetta for breakfast ...
