What is 10 Erotic?
10 Erotic: Book 1 is a set of 10 short erotic stories. These are not Harlequin stories of buxom blonde meets strapping soldier. Stories range from dangerous adulterous encounters, quick conquests to physical constraint. Book 1 offers 10 short stories and a handful of poems that demonstrate his range and evocative nature.

What do you hope to accomplish?
Dallas aims to introduce a distinct voice to erotica authored by African-American males and offer a unique pentameter. Often readers are exposed to "shotgun poetics" where rapid fire rhyming and vulgar slang are suppose to induce feelings of innate sexuality. 10 Erotic is for those who cringe at worn references and seek something deeper, witty and at times uncomfortably provocative.

Yes, my original plan was to release 10 Erotic: Book 1 today however my current draft remains with my editor. I expect to make edits this week and get it back to my editor for a final review.
As always I appreciate your support and patience and I assure you my goal is to provide my best work.

Well I have put in some extra effort to finalize 10 Erotic: Book 1 and am happy to say it is on its final edit. I expect to finalize in the next 5 days.

Ok, Smashwords.com accepted my eBook so it should be available at Amazon, Apple iBookstore, B&N, Sony and other retailers. Keep in mind this is the eBook.
I have created the paperback on Lulu.com and have sent myself a proof. Once I approve then it will be shipped to Amazon and physically for sale.
Now it is a waiting game and I suck at waiting.
Oh yea, I added a preview to the "My Book" page. Go check it out!

I performed another last edit and now I am done. I uploaded the final edit to lulu.com, Amazon.com and Smashwords so it should be pushed out to major retailers in the next couple weeks but you can purchase it now.
I also read "Preserves and Pussy" and "Downtown" at a spoken word Tuesday event at Vagabond in Miami, FL. It went well but I need to work on giving more context for my spicy poems. Most people laugh and enjoy it but the topic can be jarring.
Next step is publicity!
