What does your body need extra? Purely Nutrition can both provide specific micro nutrients and frequency of how and when to take them. Most of the population knows that a good multi vitamin is recommended. But not all of the population listens! Athletes and fitness busy client MUST take certain added nutrients that are not possible to receive within their everyday diet. Supplements are critical for muscle recovery, joint protection, optimized muscle growth and leveling metabolic functions. Sports and Fitness create a higher need on the body than an average, non-fitness related client.
Guides & Charts
Certain guides such as what to eat before a sporting event or training session, supportive restaurants with health friendly options or cooking practices, food exchange charts, and activity expenditure guides are created and made available to Purely Nutrition Clients.
Consultations
Detailed discussions about multiple topics are available at a flat rate, Purely Nutrition does there best to educate on nutrition while receiving meal planning, however not all clients want that service. Thats where the private consultations come in. Popular topics are about food choices, how foods affect our bodies, special needs clients like food alleries, heart disease, pre or post surgery, diabetes (type 1 and 2), pregnancy eating, sports specific questions on loading and depleting.
Body Analysis
Accountability--- weekly, 2x a month, or monthly measuring programs are available to Purely Nutrition clients. What good is a diet and simply to loose weight IF that weight was muscle, water, or both? What do we care aboutFAT! Purely Nutrition ensures that every client knows if there progress is coming from the right areas!
Workshops
All year round Purely Nutrition will offer workshops on nutrition related topics. Attendance fees will vary based on the location and duration of the workshop. Special request presentations are available, please call or email for pricing.
