My background in physical fitness began at a very young age. In college I pursued an education in personal training. This pursuit incorporated the old school style of training with a more modern approach which makes my style unique. I came to the United States from Tunisia armed with that knowledge and a passion to share it with others.
I went to school for six years pursuing an education in physical fitness as well as being a soccer pro since the age of seventeen. I trained in numerous gyms whose focus was as varied as producing elite athletes to assisting clients with special needs such as rehabilatation. These experiences have strengthened my background as a fitness professional.

The past 12 years of my life I have dedicated myself to working out and helping others to achieve their fitness goals . I started out as an architecture major who loved the gratifiction of seeing something I had built but the buildings could not
talk back. When I discovered training, I could visually see the physical and emotional change in people. I hear the trials and struggles they have gone through in trying to achieve those goals on their own and how they are so desperate for that change. It's knowing that I'm giving them that change and making the difference for people to make them better. One of the few things I truly enjoy in life is seeing what people are capable of both mentally and physically, and then showing them that they are capable of so much more. If you are a hard worker, like fun new inventive ways of working out, and can apply yourself both mentally and physically to make the change you have always wanted then I am a perfect fit for you.

My journey in fitness started several years ago and Ive loved every minute of it. My passion as a personal trainer is to inspire and educate others to be the best they can be. My drive is to motivate my clients to live a healthy lifestyle and to love fitness. Fitness to me is empowering. The ability to make changes in ones physical being is the drive that pushes me. Fitness should be fun! My goal is to provide high quality training for my clients and have them look forward to each session.

I started working out years ago but never saw the results I wanted because of improper nutrition due to an eating disorder. My weight would fluctuate up and down by 30 pounds until finally I got fed up and decided to do something about it. I made a decision to get in the best shape of my life and I havent looked back since. Now that I am fit and healthy, I want to help other women to do the same. I have a real passion to educate and motivate those who are willing to make the commitment to achieve their goals. Specifically, I understand what it takes to transform a womans body and reach her fitness dreams.

Training is my job. Family, friends and fun is my life. Everything seems to work out for the best when I stay true to myself . I think it's funny that the things I remember most are the good times but so often everyone focuses on the bad. Forget the bad, forget the stress, forget the negative and focus on the things that will make you who you want to be!

I'm an ex- soccer player and I love sports performance. I try in every way to educate myself about sports, health and fitness. Staying current in my field benefits those around me so that they may get better every day and in every way. While my clients may learn from me, they also teach me how to be the best personal trainer I know I was created to be. After about five years of personal training, I look forward to new heights of learning every day.
My speciality is speed and agility. The best client for me is the one who's seeking a better athletic performance for their game.
